R.C. should be the first Young Living essential oil blend that I used. I was having a cough for weeks, and I got this R.C. mixed with carrier oil from my aunt. I rub it on the back of my ears the night before I sleep. And I just get better the next morning. Honestly, I think I only used it for three times to say goodbye to the cough.
Whenever my daughter had a nose blocked, I will rub some diluted R.C. on her chest and back, it helps. She can sleep her night through.
I have also been using it on my son who is having asthma problem. For his case, I apply diluted R.C. on the Vita Flex points on his feet at night. Sometimes, I do diffuse R.C. in his bedroom.
The ingredients include: 3 types of eucalyptus (Eucalyptus Globulus, Eucalyptus Radiata and Eucalyptus Citriodora), Cypress, Peppermint, Black Spruce, Lavender, Myrtle, Marjoram and Pine. It is a good essential oil blends to keep at home. It is useful for cough, sinus and cold.
I love to diffuse it on a cold day too, it is refreshing and make one feel cozy squeezing oneself in the sofa or bed.

Joy™
I bought this Joy™ because of its name and I fall in love with it. It is a wonderful blend that can be used at any place. Just like its name, it uplifts the playroom and bring joys to people; suitable to diffuse during gathering; it transform your bedroom into a welcoming, floral-infused retreat; it brighten your dull desk at work and uplift your midday at the office; it can comfort you in the shower after a tough day.
I love its floral and citrus aroma which comes from bergamot, Ylang Ylang, Geranium, Lemon, Coriander, Tangerine, Jasmine, RomanChamomile, Palmarosa and rose.
Tips: Apply a drop on ur wrist, and it could be your natural perfume.
