Diffuser blends for beginner

When I first got my diffuser, the very first eo that I added is lavender essential oil.

After a few nights, I decided to play around with the essential oils based on the recipe I found online. So far, I have yet to come across any combination that I love very much, and sometimes, I created some blends that my kids dislike, haha!

And then I start to google, and found out that I make a few mistakes.

#1 I did not test the aroma before I diffuse them.
#2 I did not synergize the essential oils together first when creating the blends.

So, please remember, if you are using the diffuser blends u get from reliable source, first thing to do is, remove the cap of the essential oils, hold them near to your nose and waft them back and fourth. This is to test whether you like the aroma.

After that, you may put the drops of essential oil into the 1ml sampling bottle (which comes together in your Premium Starter Kit). Shake well, and again, waft it under your nose, if the aroma is exactly what you like, you may drop it in your diffuser. Otherwise, you might want to test the aroma with other essential oil or just simply add 1 or 2 drops of the essential oil to meet your preference.

I referred to Young Living Blog post about five perfect pairs diffuser blends. I think this is a good start.

Thieves  Lemon

💧💧 Peppermint ➕ ðŸ’§ðŸ’§ Lavender

Cinnamon Bark  Orange

Frankincense  Cedarwood

Eucalyptus Radiata  Rosemary

If you have purchased the Young Living Premium Starter Kits (PSK), you can try to play around with the first 2 pairings:
Thieves + Lemon
Peppermint + Lavender

Try it out and find out the exact drops of each essential oils that you love in your diffuser blend.
